At Forever with you we understand the deep personal significance of every piece we create.

because our memorial jewellery is custom-made to order using your unique elements (such as ashes or hair) our return policy differs from standard retail.

CUSTOM & MEMORIAL ITEMS

Final sale: Due to the bespoke nature of memorial jewellery , we cannot except returns or exchanges if you change your mind once production has begun

Order cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order please contact us within 24-48 hours hours of purchase. Once we have received your memorial elements or began crafting process we can no longer offer a full refund 

Faulty or damaged item

your piece of mind is our priority. in the unlikely event that your jewellery arrives damaged or is found to be faulty please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order 

Resolution : We will provide you with a pre paid shipping label for you to return the item. once inspected we will create a replacement or full refund as per your preferance and uk consumer rights 

Note : We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper care (E.g exposure to chemicals, swimming, or accidental breakage after wear
